Flexibility for working with basic to complicated paginations MediaPlus® Pagination uses standard drag–and–drop technology and ad–snapping features to lay out classified ads with the single click of a button. Our system helps you create the best possible pagination for each issue. You can:
- Lay out front to back or back to front
- Select a different pagination direction for each section
- Sort ads using any information, including city, ad priority and size
- Create different sorting schemes per classification
- Paginate ads in unusual formats and create square–offs, directories and more
- Paginate non–newspaper products, including phone books and real estate and automotive guides
- A balance of control and automation
- Pagination gives you complete control over classified–ad pagination when you need it, and provides automated features for when you don’t.
You control:
- Ad flow per section
- Ad list content
- When to break ads out of sort to reduce filler space
- Rules for in–column fillers
- Number of zones on each page
- Placement of in–classification display ads
- Whether to manually move liners
Pagination can automatically:
- Size directories
- Place banners, frames and background images within directories
- Size zones for a perfect fit
- Place classified display ads while you flow classified line ads
- “Look ahead” to find an ad that fits within a classification
- Place in–column fillers
- Break the sort on liners to minimize filler space
When MediaPlus® Pagination is integrated with MediaPlus® Classified Advertising and MediaPlus® iServices Order Entry, you may be able to extend deadlines due to a seamless flow of information and lightning–fast pagination. You also have the ability to easily create specialty publications or directories by linking – for example, with an MLS or phone directory feed – and automatically porting the data into Pagination.
