Save time and money with AdProof! Allow your customers to proof their ads online in a browser and avoid the costs of sending files back and forth via a courier or electronically. Your customers will be able to make last minute changes before deadline without delaying your output processes.
Nearly instant online collaboration between you and your customers AdProof provides a number of powerful features to assist your advertising customers in proofing their ads online. The most impressive is the “sticky notes” floating toolbar that allows customers to drag and drop notes onto the image of their ad and insert editing requests and suggestions. These notes are stored in the DTI ad database and converted into InDesign Notes when the ad is opened in AdSpeed. Ad designers can read these non–printing notes and quickly make the requested changes. Once the ad has been updated, the advertising customer will be able to review the changes in their browser and sign off on the notes they created.
Messaging AdProof can automate the proof process by keying off a specific status you have created in the DTI database. When an ad is set to this status, AdProof will automatically send an email notification to the customer with a link to login to AdProof. Once they login, they can proof any of their ads which are in the AdProof status. After proofing, they can submit their proof which will send a message to the designer via DTI’s Message Center that the ad is back from proof. All of this can happen nearly instantly! The ad can be proofed and updated as many times as needed to get it exactly right.

Liquid Media architecture The latest version of AdProof is also built upon DTI’s new Liquid Media architecture which allows for a simple installation since all of the web technology is built–in to the database. AdProof can be configured to work with a simple Apache installation on a web server, with the bulk of the web intelligence stored directly in the database.
Non–DTI advertising systems AdProof can also be configured to work with advertising systems other than DTI. This gives you the flexibility to begin capturing the value of proofing ads online before you have purchased or installed the rest of the DTI advertising system. DTI’s Liquid Media, based on Ensemble database technology from Intersystems, allows us to connect your existing system to an AdProof solution.
