What is this class about?
The DTI System Administrator training session is intended to assist your IT personnel with the day–to–day maintenance of your DTI system as well as cover the basics of system maintenance such as system configuration, database and application management, performing and scheduling backups and applying interim batches.
Who should attend? Users of MediaPlus Circulation who are familiar with daily operations and have a solid understanding of postal requirements.
What are the requirements? Familiarity with basic Unix/Linux commands and the ability to use the “vi” or “ed” editors on Unix/Linux.
