Sollten Sie nicht in der Lage sein Ihr Problem in dieser Sprache zu beschreiben, so können Sie in dringenden Notfällen auch folgende deutsche Notrufnummer wählen: +49 173.287.4487.
Diese Rufnummer kann Ihnen zwar keine technische Unterstützung gewähren, vermittelt Ihr Anliegen aber an die relevanten Stellen und steht als Koordinationsstelle für Notfälle zur Verfügung.

Service Hotline DTI Germany, Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 5:00pm. It is recommended that in any case you try the German hotline first, since the office is very often reachable outside the mentioned hours.

Please note that the US hotline services will be conducted in English language. If you are not able to communicate your issue in this language you can call the following German emergency hotline: + 49.173.671.6521.
This phone number will not be able to give you immediate technical support, but will communicate your issue to the relevant experts, thus serving as a coordination point for emergencies.
