Results–driven support We help you beat the clock and the competition by providing easy, quick, accessible support – when you need it, how you want it. Our results–driven team of experienced newspaper and software professionals understands your business and knows precisely how to make your problems disappear. We have teams dedicated to specific DTI solutions and solution categories, including Advertising, Circulation, Production and Business. In addition, we have operating system, database and third–party application specialists who can serve as an extension of your internal IT resources.
The DTI Support Center – which you can contact via Internet, phone, fax and e–mail – is accessible Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., except for holidays. We also offer 24–hour access from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. and on weekends and holidays in case of an emergency.
Online convenience The DTI Online Support Center has gained high marks from our customers by providing an easy, convenient way to request and track the status of support activity. Just log on to www.dtint.com, enter your customer ID and password, and type in your specific issue. The moment you do, our system logs and routes your request to the appropriate support professional. You can log back on to the system at anytime to check the status of your inquiry. We can also set up an Administrator account for your organization, giving someone from your business access to all support requested from your organization in order to track total activity, run reports, view your account history and more.
Assistance and advice when you need it most We respond to your emergencies with the sense of urgency they deserve and have a three–level, needs–based support system that ensures the most important problems get the necessary attention. Whether your system is down or you simply have a "how to" question, we're here to help.
We track all support requests and resolutions in our internal knowledge base so we can leverage them, helping to ensure quick resolution to your problems. In addition to troubleshooting, we provide services to support your internal IT department, including resources to help you:
