What is this class about?
This class is designed to give you the knowledge to return to your newspaper to setup and start utilizing MediaPlus InsertPlus on a day-to-day basis. This class does not cover interface training for those clients who do not have our MediaPlus Circulation product. Class topics include:
- Setup files and filling out Setup Worksheets using a standard training database
- Setup entry
- Insert scheduling
- Reporting
- Insert distribution
- Basic troubleshooting
Who should attend? One or more individuals with a combination of the following criteria who can return to the newspaper upon completion of the training class to coordinate data collection, setup, and training of end–users:
- An advertising person who understands preprint sales and schedulinge
- A circulation person who understands distribution (routes, trucks, and draw)
- A mailroom/circulation person who is familiar with packaging, creating insert combinations, loading, etc.
- Reporting
What are the requirements? Ability to navigate within the MediaPlus Circulation or MediaPlus Ad Management product using the menus and function keys.
