PBS TO LAUNCH ONLINE ADVERTISING ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TOOLS AT NEXPO 2005

New self–service applications provide immediate access to account information

Minneapolis, MN, – February 28, 2005 – Publishing Business Systems, North America’s leading source for integrated enterprise–wide newspaper business software systems, today announced that new solutions available in the company’s html–based software suite, MediaPlus® Advertising iServices, will be launched at the NEXPO 2005 conference in Dallas, Texas. PBS plans to introduce iServices Advertiser, an online self–service application for display advertising customers, and iServices Mobile, an application that gives sales representatives real–time, remote access to advertising client and order information.

Using any web–enabled device, iServices Advertiser gives display advertising customers access to account information, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Following username and password confirmation, advertisers have immediate access to their account information, giving them what they need when they need it, even when the call center is closed. Advertisers can review their contracts, advertising history, current ad status and more.

Newspaper advertising sales reps can log into iServices Mobile from the office or on the road, giving them real–time access to client information such as invoice data, payment information, contracts, fulfillment, insertion schedules and ad status. On the new self–service solution, PBS CEO Steve Smith commented, "Providing sales reps with anytime, anywhere access to pertinent account information gives them the tools to quickly respond to customers needs. With this solution, they will spend less time in the office processing paperwork and more time out on the road doing what they do best – selling."
