Programmer/Analyst Analyze, design, code, test, document and maintain the DTI applications and interfaces. Provides technical support and guidance to staff and clients on the various DTI applications and interfaces.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of JSP, JAVA, or ASP.NET.
- Knowledge of Caché databases a plus.
- Understands the relationship between DTI products and the practices of the newspaper industry a plus.
- Position requires 25% to 50% travel throughout North America.
Candidates must be fluent (verbal and written) in English and French.
Support Analyst Requires an analytical thinker with expertise in application software training. Knowledge in the newspaper industry, accounting, and SQL a plus.
Provides DTI customers with product support by performing the following duties:
- Trains newspaper staff to help customers use DTI products properly, via telephone and classroom.
- Advises peers and management on product development issues arising from product problems identified through application support calls with customers.
- Analyzes and resolves customer problems that arise from the use of DTI products.
- Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork.
