Purging and Archiving

Who should attend: Advertising Managers, IT Managers, IT Technicians.

As year-end approaches, databases begin to get bloated and need cleaning using the DTI Auto Delete tool. In addition to purging files from the database, plans, ads and graphics which may be needed in the future, can be moved to the archive databases where they can easily be retrieved and used in the active databases. Purging and archiving should be done a regular basis all year long; however, year end is a good time to do a thorough cleaning.
