DTI's ContentPublisher is Extreme hit with Erie Times-NewsDTI Solutions
ABC's Extreme Home Makeover came knocking on the door, and the Erie Times-News was able to open it.
When ABC's hit television show selected an Erie, Pa., resident for an extreme home makeover, the Erie Times-News was ready to cover every detail.
"It was an exciting moment for our city, and we knew our responsibility as the city's news group. An Extreme Home Makeover Web page was created for all related information-blogs, photos, articles, etc. Reader participation was a huge benefit for the Times-News. ABC had tightly controlled the release of updated information, and the Times-News website quickly became known as the place-to-go for Extreme Home updates. Using ContentPublisher, the Erie Times-News was able to get the information out to the Web within seconds, and was also ready for the hectic print cycles.
